ReporText is a service that allows you to easily and automatically obtain written confirmation and writing proof of delivery of SMS sent from the Web application 1-2-Text®.

ReporText is a fast, economical and efficient alternative for those who require an additional confirmation of the messages sent.

Communications and notifications in electronic, computing, telemetric, informative telecommunications or other in similar condition, are recognize by law in many countries provided to ensure the authenticity of the communication and its contents, and authoritative record of the transfer, reception and integration of the time it came. ReporText is the ideal complement for sending communications via SMS as further evidence on third parties.

ReporText provides writing proof of delivery for one or several text messages. It offers two simple alternatives:

• Report of transmission: An SMS and also an email with summary of data transmited, is sent to the account administrator or other user previously assigned in the Web application. Option valid for any quantity of SMS sent simultaneously
• Proof of Delivery: Once the report of delivery is received from the register network the mobile number belongs, the system will generate a document containing detailed information of the SMS including time of delivery and arrival. This option only allows the issuance of confirmation when sent SMS individually

ReporText is a complementary service to our Web based application to send SMS 1-2-Text®, making it imperative to have an account prior to use. It is very easy to sign up for an account:

Register

• Fill up the free register/sign in
• Get into your account
• Request the free activation of the service

Authorize users

• On the menu bar Select "My account", click on "Users" option
• Authorise email address for each user

Top-up your account

• Follow the "Top Up" link
• Write down the amount of points you want to buy
• Choose the way of payment

Send text messages

• Import or add your list of mobiles numbers to 'My Contacts' or
• Send SMS even if the mobile numbers are not included in your contact list
• At the time of sending the messages indicate the option of reporting required

The user sends an SMS from the Web application 1-2-Text® and requested proof of delivery service using ReporText.

After receiving the status of SMS, the platform generates the corresponding proof which is emailed to the account administrator in PDF file.

In cases of report of transmission, a detailed summary and status of messages is included in a document which will also be sent via SMS.
